This visit leads up to INL Night at the Spud Kings’ home game this week, highlighting collaboration between local sports and scientific innovation. 🏒 🤝 ⚛️ During their tour, they visited the world's first nuclear power plant to produce usable amounts of electricity (Experimental Breeder Reactor-I), handled the manipulator arms used to make precise movements in nuclear hot cells, tried on augmented reality headsets to visualize working in extreme environments, and much more.
