1wIs Honeywell still adhering to the "DEI" concept? As President Trump said, “the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female”. Therefore, Honeywell LAR still adheres to the fascist and anachronistic DEI concept and forces its employees to take those courses, without understanding that what matters in a job is merit and not quota? Not only that, but they also told you how you should talk to a non-native person, imposing a counterculture, as if a person had been born a few weeks ago and you could not discern between what is correct and what is not, totally ridiculous. In my long professional experience, I have never had to go through a situation so ineffective, anti-productive, promoting a closed mentality and lacking autonomy in daily actions. They wanted to impose even that. So many "specialists" in HR, sociology and psychology in the company environment have proven to be totally useless and complacent in behaviors that go against individual development. Fact, not opinion.
