One of the traditions I like the most 🍻
Getting towards the end of the year, it is surely a time to look back and recognize and appreciate our colleagues. Without our colleagues, the activities, achievements and experiences would not be possible at all.
In appreciation of our 750 colleagues at Carlsberg Deutschland, at this time every year we do a so-called "Jahresrückblick" where the examples are shared across the departments - examples we are all proud of. Of course, combined with an exciting quiz about this year's achievements, presented to colleagues by colleagues across the company.
By collecting and sharing everything in a joint call is a strong reminder of the year that is now coming to an end, of how much is actually happening in the course of a year, and of course how much we can appreciate the collaboration across the company. For me, it also helps to connect all the daily challenges, discussions and decisions into a yearly view of how impact is delivered by ONE TEAM.
And of course, this tradition also makes it mandatory to wear probably the best Christmas jumper in the world 😃
