🌍 Amazing week back in the UK for our annual global leadership meeting! We dove into our strategy for the next two years, discussing how we can operate even more effectively as a leadership team. Reflecting on a challenging year, it's inspiring to see how far we’ve come, boosting efficiency, scaling operations in the US, and launching a landmark project in FiveTwoNine. We’ve also integrated cutting-edge technology to solidify our position in the creator economy. Our goals for the future are bold: growing client fees, investing heavily in improving our team’s BDB experience, and streamlining our operations to deliver even greater impact. It’s not just about celebrating the wins we’ve achieved, but how we’re building a foundation for bigger successes ahead. And of course, it wasn’t all work! We ended the week with blindfolded driving (thankfully not a metaphor for decision-making this year) and my personal favourite: the minefield challenge. Here’s a snapshot of the fun.

Day 0 of the Ascend Leadership national convention in Las Vegas, meaning the official event doesn’t begin until tomorrow, but the chapter leadership teams are all here early. I’ve started my day with a stop at Zippys Inc, the famed and ubiquitous Hawaiian chain. Normally I’d have a loco moco but it’s breakfast time so I’m opting for malasadas. If you have any connection to Hawaii, and you’re attending the convention, consider stopping at Zippys’s for a quick snack and to reminisce about Hawaiian life. It’s also a good reminder that the reason why we expect things to be made or delivered quickly is because people are incentivize to do it quickly. Zippy’s moves slow because it should and because we shouldn’t expect everything to be within 10 seconds of our arrival. Metals Innovation Initiative continues to stretch and grow to support Kentucky’s metal industry.

Breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry is no small feat, however it can be done grace and authority. ✨ As an executive coach, I’ve seen how transformational leadership can redefine organizational culture. I often ask my clients, "are you truly leveraging your potential to foster diversity and inclusion in your workplace?" During an engaging session with the General Management Program participants at KTM AG, Priewasser Eva-Maria, Managing Director of KTM Motohall shared her incredible journey. 🗣️ Her candid insights provided immense value in supporting the development of future leaders. She discussed her career path and KTM’s commitment towards greater diversity. 🌍 Eva emphasized the importance of being adaptable in times of change and provided valuable insights on taking charge of your career. She reminded us all of the importance having a commitment to fostering environments where every voice is heard and valued.
