What a great week spent at #resourceTechEx with a really knowledgeable and engaged group of professionals. We talked intentional communications and what that means for our interactions with customers and employees. (I can also confidently state that starting a presentation with a Ron Swanson video clip will ALWAYS be the right choice.) Thanks to AASHTO re:source (formerly AMRL) for inviting me to share those intentional communications tips and serve on a panel regarding time management—I certainly learned more from that than I was able to contribute (thanks to Sonya Puterbaugh, Texas Department of Transportation’s Amy Melton, and Robert Lutz).
