- After you decide on your first cloud project, the next step is to identify the team that is going to work on it. You want to pick a team that's open to learning and experimenting with new technology. You also want people who can learn and unlearn things quickly. While the tendency is to pick all optimistic people with a can-do attitude for this project, many businesses benefit from having a few pragmatic team members who can poke holes in the plan. This helps the team to plan and proceed with caution.
