TZP Group Portfolio Company EventWorks / Quest Events Acquires Certain Assets of Marquee Event Rentals The acquisition will broaden EventWorks / Quest Events presence in its existing markets of Dallas, Austin and San Antonio in Texas and extend its presence to Kansas City. The acquisition also will enhance and deepen the EventWorks / Quest Events event rental inventory by adding unique tenting and other products to serve large-scale corporate and social events. The combined organization will employ approximately 1,000 team members and manage over 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space, supporting approximately 50,000 events annually. Yesterday, TZP Group team members in partnership with the Met Council and UJA-Federation of New York packed 179 food packages and over 500 literacy kits. Volunteerism is one of the core tenets of the TZP Cares Foundation, TZP Group's 501(c)3 non-profit that has donated over $1,200,000 to charities since inception. Our Partner's Impact: - The Met Council operates the largest kosher food pantry network in the country and a growing network of halal pantries, serving on average 200,000 people each month across the New York metro region. In 2022 it distributed 17.2 million pounds of food. - 2.6 million New Yorkers visited UJA-Federation of New York partners' food pantries and nearly 23.1 million pounds of food was distributed by local nonprofit partners last year. Thank you to the Met Council and UJA-Federation of New York for all that you do for New Yorkers and inviting TZP Group to support your mission yesterday. About TZP Cares Foundation: Since inception, The TZP Cares Foundation has donated over $1,200,000 supporting charities in the communities of our Portfolio Companies, including $118,998 in grants in 2023 to 64 organizations across 18 states. The Foundation gives us the opportunity to be a true Partner of Choice by giving back to the communities in which TZP and its managed portfolio companies operate by (among other charitable initiatives) making grants to Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that operate in those communities. Over the years, TZP Cares has donated over $1mm of employee contributions supporting a variety of charities, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Make-A-Wish America, PENCIL, Inc., Chrysalis Women's Transitional Living, Downtown United Soccer Club, and Loaves & Fishes Community Services.
