🌟 Member Story Spotlight 🌟 We’re excited to share the inspiring journey of Holly, a member of our START program, who has made incredible strides in her mental health and overall well-being. Through collaboration and dedicated support, Holly is now ready to graduate from START services. Here’s what her journey looked like: “When Holly came to START, she was having frequent psychiatric hospitalizations and challenges engaging with her care home staff. Through team collaboration, START provided a comprehensive CSCPIP plan and linked Holly to mental health services. START therapeutic coaching provided 1:1 support to her care home staff, equipping them with proactive approaches to prevent crises and strategies to support Holly in using coping skills. As a result, Holly began participating more in community activities, discovering new skills and hobbies. The care home staff report feeling better equipped to support her and express gratitude for START support.
