Introducing a new protocol to 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗶𝗖𝗛𝗢™  𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 from 𝟯𝟬𝗺𝗟 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝗟 with Thomson Optimum Growth® Flasks. This protocol addresses the challenges of scaling beyond 500mL, allowing for improved efficiency in workflow and space economy. The protocol optimizes cell viability and protein yield during recombinant protein production, leveraging effective gas exchange and uniform mixing for CHO suspension cells. The precise control of environmental parameters was enabled by INFORS HT Multitron Incubator Shaker.
