    Congratulations to Jonathan Root and the iconic Harley-Davidson Motor Company on a successful testimony before the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade. As we diligently prepared, we had one simple goal: to tell the story of how people across the globe want to buy bikes from this legendary motorcycle company, but are stopped by unfair and uneven international trade policies. From 100% tariffs and high VATs, to special licensing requirements and retaliatory measures, these policies harm the global riding community and the ability to invest back at home. The Committee had bipartisan agreement that fair trade policies are essential to ensuring that American-made products—especially those as iconic as a Harley—can outcompete worldwide. 👏 to Harley-Davidson for standing up for American manufacturing and the future of this great brand.     Yesterday, SXSW Festival at the Fast Company Grill. Today, CERAWeek 2025. Regardless of the venue, there’s a buzz around AI.   While at the #FCGrill at SXSW, I joined Digital Realty’s Andy Power, ETS’ Michelle Frost and Equinox’s Eswar Veluri to talk about the incredible cross-industry influence of AI. What became clear is that regardless of industry — we're all navigating the opportunities and challenges of AI expansion.   AI is increasingly influencing our businesses, leadership and how our employees are best equipped to do their jobs. Which is why we all have to focus on practical next steps to harness the power of AI and balance innovation with responsibility. At Williams, we see firsthand how this rapid digital transformation is leading to surging energy demands.   Williams is well positioned to leverage the critical role that natural gas plays as the immediate, scalable solution.     Day 2 at CERAWeek is underway. Online conversation is still buzzing after Energy Secretary Chris Wright’s opening has lead to increased discussion regarding the future of oil, supply and pricing. Other themes resonating online: - TotalEnergies commentary on LNG pricing to soften by the end of the decade. - Debate over the role and support for Nuclear in the energy mix and powering data centers. - BlackRock highlighted potential labor shortages for electricians needed for data centers.   • This Women’s History Month, we honor the women cardiologists who are raising awareness about the crisis of misdiagnosis in women’s heart disease. We're celebrating eight years of partnership and four heart disease awareness campaigns with women-led organization Women's Heart Alliance.
