The I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project, the largest freeway reconstruction in Arizona Department of Transportation's history, is transforming transportation in Phoenix—and Stanley Consultants is proud to be a key player. Expected to finish by spring 2025, this 11-mile effort is adding new lanes, elevated ramps at the State Route 143 interchange and pedestrian/bicyclist bridges. Meet George Foutris, PE, a Senior Engineer in the transportation design group in our Chicago office.
