At Saks OFF 5TH, we’re proud to celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, a time to celebrate the remarkable contributions of women throughout history and shine a light on the groundbreaking strides women have made across all fields. Throughout the month, the WOMEN at Saks Global resource group will host engaging events inspired by both this year’s National Women’s History Alliance theme, “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” as well as the International Women’s Day theme, #AccelerateAction. 

In honor of Black History Month, we’re coming together to celebrate the contributions of the Black and African American community, while acknowledging the adversity they continue to face. A series of programming based on this year’s U.S. national theme, African Americans and Labor, which explores the ways that all types of work intersect with the ongoing experience of Black and African American people, will be hosted by our resource groups across Saks Global. At Saks OFF 5TH, we’re committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging where all associates are valued and accepted for being their authentic selves.  #BlackHistoryMonth 

At the National Retail Federation Retail’s Big Show, Saks OFF 5TH President Kim Miller joined a panel discussion exploring how retailers are leveraging social proof to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion. During the session, Kim shared insight into the influence of social proof on consumer behavior and highlighted how Saks OFF 5TH, in partnership with Taggstar, is delivering inspiration while giving customers reassurance throughout their online shopping journey. #SaksOFF5TH #NRF2025 

Today, we pause to reflect on the powerful life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In Dr. King’s words: “If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.” At Saks OFF 5TH, we believe that together, we can create a lasting impact by leading with inclusivity, giving back to our community and empowering each other to drive meaningful change. At Saks OFF 5TH, we encourage our community to exercise their right to vote. Today is National Voter Registration Day, a nonpartisan civic holiday dedicated to celebrating our democracy. This day aims to create broad awareness of voter registration opportunities and serves as a reminder to register to ensure our voices are heard this election. #Vote

Saks OFF 5TH is proud to recognize today as the beginning of Hispanic Heritage month - a time to celebrate the rich cultures, histories and contributions of the Hispanic and Latine communities. We are excited to honor our Hispanic and Latine associates, partners and customers this month through educational events and knowledge sharing opportunities, grounded in this year’s national theme, “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together.”

Today, we come together to commemorate the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. We will never forget those who tragically lost their lives to the senseless acts of violence on that day, as well as the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to keep our community, and nation, safe in the aftermath. Our thoughts are with the families, friends and loved ones who continue to carry their legacies forward, and with the first responders who continue to dedicate their lives to protecting our city.
