About us
Democratizing headwear through inclusivity, intersectionality, and innovation. Roseblooms are baseball cap-style hats built for and with the underrepresented demographics in headwear: women, folx with natural, protective hairstyles, and the market uprights they are excluded from without headwear to serve their hair+ needs. rosebloom offers a headwear experience where needs in fit, hair protection, race and gender representation come together in a uniquely personal style experience like never before.

Representation Through Headwear: eSports Follow along with Titus Walker as he builds the Ultimate Endgamers League with thoughtful transparency. Rosebloom is constantly challenging unconscious bias in headwear. Titus is challenging another kind of unconscious bias. Would you consider a gamer a professional? What thresholds would they need to achieve to be a professional in your eyes? Do you even know enough about gaming to make that distinction? So how could Titus change a narrative that needs so much education? Lots to unpack! And we are so glad to be following his story and learning with you!
I help Video game developers/publishers find community to play their game. Founder and CEO of the UEL the largest multi genre esports league in the world. The future of Esports and entertainment.
Looking forward to conversations around this topic! Updates on the rest of October coming soon Thank you to all of the supporters of the UEL

"I'm going to act like I didn't see that The Ohio State University cup." - Stephanie Mociun Petulla - Director of Licensing and Visual Identity, Penn State University There is zero sway when it comes to my personal fan allegiances. I am a Buckeye fan through and through. But when it comes to the universities I choose to work with and license with Rosebloom Headwear, I am a big fan of schools who are fanatically invested in the representation of their university community. And that's why I've chosen to move forward with Penn State. They couldn't have tasked a better person than Stephanie to help me understand how PSU is aligned with Rosebloom's Mission of ending headwear discrimination and our vision of representation through headwear for women and all genders with thick, textured hair and protective hairstyles. When we talked, I spoke a lot about how I try not to label-slap primary logos in school colors on the hats. One of the sub-ethos of Rosebloom is to appeal to the fashion customer who generally wouldn't convert in the first place. By combining fit, fashion and fandom, we can give the hat-curious and the hat-furious another chance at hat-happiness. With this, Stephanie gave me a challenge almost immediately. They're never licensed a certain color combination. I have a feeling it will be my mission as a licensee to change that. I'll keep yinz updated 🤣 Until then, WE ARE... excited to bring representation through headwear to Happy Valley!

Rosebloom SEPAL Crown-Height Hair Openings vs. Generic Ponytail Hats LOCATION: Generic ponytail hat openings are on the back of your hat. Rosebloom crown- height hair openings are at the top. Think of it as the difference between how the back door of your home opens and you would walk in versus how the opening of your chimney opens from the top and you might have to drop down through it. SHAPE: Designed after the lanceolate leaf 🍃, this distinct and unique shape removes the least amount of material while allowing variable crown-height positioning and maintaining the look and feel of a perfectly fit hat. SIZE: The SEPAL opening is designed for hair types 1 and 2 and their various ponytail curcumference sizes. The lanceolate shape lays flat around the ponytail with minimal negative space, creating a fashionable and perfectly fit look. The SEPAL opening is integrated with the proprietary Rosebloom CALYX feminine fit sizing, which takes a woman's distinct skull structure into account. Combined with her hair type needs, the fit difference is immediately recognizable when you know what to look for: ❌️ Hat should not hang over the ears ✅️ Hat should fit flat across the skull without extra, bunching material ❌️ Hat should not bulge where the hair exits ✅️ Hat should be designed for your needs, not force you to work around them Don't be generic. Don't buy generic hats for your customers. Representation Matters. Rosebloom Headwear 🌹

If you sell hats that aren't specifically designed for women or people with textured hair and protective styles, you are clearly communicating to your clients that they don't matter to you. You are telling them that what you sell is good enough and they should just be happy with it. And if you don't realize that these demographics need products designs specifically for their needs.... 👀 The NZR is designed specifically for a woman's skull structure, which is slighter, slimmer, and shorter. It's satin lining and perfect fit protect her hair from breakage and helps retain moisture. The few women's fit hats you see on the market are simply a few centimeters smaller in circumference and don't take into account the anatomical differences, style, fit, or hair protection needs she is looking for. Are women just an afterthought in your headwear selection? Or is it time to add Rosebloom Headwear to your selection? Bloom Crew: Mariah Bupp

"Solving problems that don't exist." That's the feedback I got from someone recently about a Rosebloom style. Guess what they looked like. White dude. Short hair. Are we surprised? We are not. I'm solving problems that don't exist FOR HIM. 🤯 Women don't have the same skull shape as men. 🤯 Women have hair. 🤯 There are 4 hair types and types 3 and 4 require a different hat build and structure to fit correctly. 🤯 All genders with all hair types may want to pull their hair up through their hat, not just Women. And holy crap WHY HAS IT TAKEN 175 YEARS TO PUT THE PONYTAIL OPENING AT THE FREAKING TOP OF THE HAT?! 😡 🤷🏼♀️ Rosebloom Headwear . Because... yikes, guys. It ain't rocket science.

Are you a buyer who waits for everyone else to tell you what's popular or on trend before you are comfortable writing an order? Then Rosebloom isn't for you. I was licensed with The Ohio State University less than 30 days after launch. They saw the power Rosebloom's mission and vision, what the power of representation through headwear would be. University of Connecticut, University of Utah , and North Carolina State University followed suit. I've entertained meetings with 10+ schools since. And now I'm moving forward with Michigan State University after an amazing call with Erika Austin. So I have to ask... are you a #buyer looking for products and vendors that represent your clients? Are you in #licensing and #trademarks and actively looking to uphold you college or university's #diversity, #equity, and #inclusion promises? Or are you just posting memes and buying what everyone on the internet tells you is popular? That's very demure of you (cringe). Anyway, here's Mariah tolerating me looking like a lecturing T-Rex during a photoshoot! Those hats look pretty dang good though, right? 🌹 Perfect, feminine fit 🌹 No extra material at the crown or closure 🌹 Satin lining 🌹 Patent pending, crown-height ponytail opening 🌹 Available in hair+ designs for textured hair and protective styles Not like the ones you wear. And not like the ones you sell, either... I guarantee it. Rosebloom Headwear. We see you like you see you. Representation Matters.
