💡 Accurate pay, every time. It’s what every clinician expects—and deserves. At NAPA, we recognized that payroll errors create frustration and unnecessary administrative work. Managing time tracking and compensation for nearly 5,000 clinicians across 400 facilities required a smarter, more streamlined solution. By implementing schedule-driven time and attendance solution through QGenda we centralized scheduling, timekeeping, and compensation management into one unified platform—eliminating manual errors, reducing costly rework, and improving transparency. The result? A 99.66% payroll accuracy rate YTD, giving our clinicians confidence in their pay and easy access to their schedules and compensation details. ✅ Fewer errors ✅ Faster payroll processing ✅ Greater transparency for clinicians Read how we transformed our payroll process with QGenda: https://lnkd.in/gJ5jNGTA #healthcare #innovation #cliniciansatisfaction

The best way to lay the foundation for effective credentialing is to focus on the structure and processes. Here are four steps to do this well: 1. Centralize Your Provider Data - Use a single, reliable source of truth to drive accuracy and consistency across locations and teams. 2. Decide What to Do In-House, and What to Outsource - Consider your team’s expertise, bandwidth, as well as the complexity of credentialing requirements, scalability, and cost. 3. Establish Credentialing Bylaws - Create a comprehensive framework to mitigate compliance risk and ensure a repeatable, predictable process. 4. Stay Agile and Adapt - Leverage automated software, regularly meet with leadership, and keep abreast of industry trends, and provide ongoing training. Healthcare organizations are not managing their people as effectively as they could. When we surveyed 300 healthcare IT leaders, we noticed that despite its potential to significantly improve employee productivity and bolster operational efficiency, workforce management is often overlooked as part of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. While 92% of organizations believe automating workforce management tasks could increase employee productivity, optimizing their approach to workforce management was ranked in the bottom half (46%) of digital transformation investment priorities. And only 53% of organizations are investing in the employee experience as part of their digital transformation strategy. Just as healthcare organizations adopt digital technologies to the patient experience, investing in the employee experience is equally as important. Credentialing and medical staff professions are the gatekeepers to patient safety. Their diligence in verifying qualifications, monitoring licenses, continuing education, CAQH attestation, and more ensures that no provider is practicing with expired credentials. With siloed credentialing systems, however, these guardians have to manually pull reports continuously - wasting precious time and allowing room for easy-to-miss mistakes. To set up another line of defense, it’s important to have an automated credentialing system connected to the rest of your workforce management solutions. With these tools, your team can continually monitor primary source data and view proactive alerts, in addition to automatically flagging credentialing issues right on the provider schedule. Minimize your compliance risk and protect your patients with the right credentialing solution. Get more insights: https://lnkd.in/efnzpF8A

Thankfully, 78% of healthcare organizations have at least an adequately funded digital transformation strategy. In fact, 25% of healthcare IT leaders believe that digital transformation investments may be over-funded at their organizations.
