Our newest plant, Salt Creek, has officially opened its doors after breaking ground in August of 2023! A huge thank you to the many individuals who helped bring this project to life. Specifically, we would like to thank Ayars & Ayars, Inc., Constructors Inc , and the many amazing people on our team who poured so much time and energy into Salt Creek. Heading into 2025, we're thankful and excited to use this new facility to better serve our customers, the Lincoln community, and our employees!

Thanks to the ongoing efforts of our safety team, employees across the company are receiving top-tier OSHA training to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Concrete Industries, Inc. is a great example of a company taking advantage of this resource. Over the last month, 70 employees from CI completed their ten-hour OSHA training, and with another class scheduled in March, over 95% of CI’s staff will be OSHA-certified by the end of the season. A huge thanks to our safety team for all their work to make training efficient and accessible to all our employees. More classes will be offered throughout the year including OSHA10, fall protection, and more.

As we enter the 2025 season, we're expanding our team and are looking for individuals to come work on our equipment and keep our vehicles in top condition. OPEN POSITION: Shop Foreman We're looking for someone to lead our team of mechanics and oversee shop operations. If you have experience in diesel mechanics, equipment maintenance, and team supervision, we'd love to invite you to take the next step in your career and join our team! OPEN POSITION: Field Service Technician This position will provide on-site maintenance support and corrective repairs on machinery, equipment, and vehicles at various jobsite locations. Are you a good troubleshooter and enjoy being outdoors? This position is for you! OPEN POSITION: Lube Technician Work alongside our shop crew to perform maintenance and cleaning to keep our equipment and vehicles running smoothly.
