When we started this journey years ago I never dreamed we would be traveling the country helping pioneer a new product in a "traditionalist" industry. There were many times in the beginning where people questioned and doubted the drone's capabilities. Heck we even questioned what we were doing... we had new headaches, new challenges, and had a piece of technology that wasn't quite there yet but was very close. We still had to run our growing business while juggling this new playing field we found ourselves on. It was overwhelming at times trying to figure out how to do this the right way, I really considered quitting drone cleaning and going back to the "traditional" ways. But I will say looking back on it I'm really glad we didn't quit and never gave up! The only reason we didn't is because the team at Lucid Bots was there every step of the way. Andrew Ashur the original pioneer, Joshua Dobbs with customer success, Robert Blank/Jeremy Allen/Rajas Chitanvis with Engineering/Product Development, William "Buzz" Wilkie/Anthony Cooper in the sales department, and their teams were extremely instrumental in us continuing on. They are extremely professional, understanding, egar to help, and just really want to make their customers as successful as possible. I will tell you drone cleaning is HARD there's no way around that, there are so many factors that go into it and there is a STEEP learning curve. But it has been completely worth it, especially with the level of support you get from Lucid Bots! For a small but growing business this has been the biggest blessing to have a company that is just as passionate about drone cleaning as you are. They really do talk the talk and walk the walk. Im so incredibly grateful to have a relationship with a company that feels like I'm apart of their family and wants to innovate and drive an industry forward. On a Sidenote: I have changed the companies name multiple times trying to reinvent the wheel, trying to do things differently. I have found it best to just go back to what we started with but with a little flair focusing on drone cleaning and adding other facility services that includes doing dull, dirty, or dangerous jobs with robotic services in the ever growing space, hints the name Godwin Facility Services.
