With the New Year brings Michael Macri 's 3-year anniversary with Kintec Search. Mike was the first hire made into New York, back in the days of our small WeWork office, so has been present throughout all the ups and downs as we have grown and expanded during that time. His own growth has been a pleasure to watch - he is a recognized and important member of the senior leadership team, has worked tirelessly helping grow our contract offering in his time, and is somebody that everybody in the office loves working with and being around, as he's incredibly generous with the time and support he is always on hand to give. The place wouldn't be the same without you, Mac. Congrats on 3 years and here's to many more!

On Friday, we came together as an office for our annual Christmas party to celebrate an excellent year for the business. After an end of year presentation we held a Secret Santa and our end of year awards, with Eugene Meehan winning Consultant of the Year and Gareth Johnston winning MVP. Fantastic food and drinks followed, and a great time was had by all. As the year winds down, the markets are showing no signs of slowing down, and 2025 is shaping up to be an incredibly exciting year. Exciting news today as we celebrate Eugene Meehan's richly deserved promotion to Principal Consultant! Q has been with the company for 2 years now, and in that time he has worked tirelessly to build out his market within the power electronics, energy analysis and cleantech spaces. Most impressively, he has done this from a standing start and is now able to confidently say he is first port of call for a number of household names in the space. Today, we're celebrating Jessica Graue's first placement with Kintec, after an extremely lengthy wait of 8 days since starting with the business 😂 Considering she has just secured a dream role for our new contractor in Champaign, Illinois, a present of a bottle of Champagne was the only appropriate way to celebrate... Jess has fitted into the culture and environment at Kintec immediately, and we are all thrilled that she has gotten up and running so quickly. Congratulations Jess! #kinteccommunity
