📌 UPDATE: Islamic Relief USA's Disaster Management Team (DMT) is in Los Angeles to distribute aid to those affected by the devastating wildfires. Nearly 40,000 acres of land has been destroyed, including people’s homes and businesses, and at least 27 lives have been lost. Islamic Relief USA (IRUSA) is shocked by the devastating midair collision of an American Airlines passenger jet with a US Army Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac River in Alexandria, VA, the deadliest aviation disaster in the United States since 2009. Our sincere condolences and prayers are with the families of the 67 people onboard both aircrafts.
