In 2024 we saw the power of community in action—employees coming together to support one another through unexpected challenges, living out our Shared Value "We Take Care of Each Other." Thanks to the generosity of our people, the Insight Global Family Foundation (IGFF), a non-profit foundation created by Insight Global employees to benefit fellow employees, raised $656,135.92, enabling us to distribute $850K in grants to those facing a true, financial hardship due to an unforeseen event taking place. These funds were gifted to 32 internal employees and 150 consultants. 💙 Since the creation of the IGFF we’ve shown what it means to truly care for one another when it matters most.
