This exciting acquisition represents a significant step forward for both companies, combining our strengths to create a powerhouse in beverage distribution and service. With this partnership we’ll enhance operational efficiencies, offer greater go-to-market opportunities, and an unmatched range of products to our customers and suppliers throughout Idaho —from premium wine and beer to energy drinks, premium N/A, soda, and stemware. We’re thrilled to welcome Sharon Glover, David Buccolo, and the entire IWM team to Hayden! Their vision, commitment, and alignment with our core values make this partnership a natural fit. We look forward to building on this exciting momentum, as we continue to create new opportunities, drive growth, and deliver even more value to our partners, customers, employees, and communities.
