We are excited to announce the appointment of Mark Okerstrom as Fortive’s next Chief Financial Officer, effective March 24, 2025. Mark is an accomplished team leader with a strong track record as a public company CFO. During his 13 plus years at Expedia Group, Inc., he served as SVP Corporate Development, then CFO and ultimately as CEO. Along the way, Mark earned recognition for his leadership, being named by Institutional Investor Magazine as one of the Top 3 public company CFOs in the Internet sector for three consecutive years (2016, 2017, and 2018). Mark succeeds Chuck McLaughlin who, as previously announced, will be retiring from his role as CFO. Chuck will remain an advisor through the end of the year to help ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. We look forward to welcoming Mark to the Fortive Team!
