"Meet our therapy resource for our newest Washington cluster Pennant Pacific. Scott Langdale graduated from UNLV in 2001. He was part of the second PT class for the university. He started in Las Vegas and became passionate about geriatrics, especially wound care. After a great run in Las Vegas, Scott moved up to WA as a Regional Director for another company. He eventually joined the Ensign family in 2014 when Beacon Hill was acquired. Scott is totally dedicated to his family (work and actual) and has been instrumental in creating a great team for Pennant Washington and now excited to see what is to come for the new cluster Pennant Pacific." The Tennessee welcome train is still chuggin' along 🚂 Van Ayer Senior Living & Rehabilitation is a 91-bed facility located in Martin, TN. The rehab team is led by Nancy Herrera PT/DOR who has extensive LTC experience and specialty training in wound care. They are all dedicated therapists that have been working at the facility for many years.
