EctoHR recently completed a fantastic three-day Building Better Leaders session with a great group of leaders from a variety of industries! Our team, Steve Williams, Colleen Burke, PHR, SHRM-CP, Erica Lordon, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Stephanie Sexton, witnessed collaboration, growth, strategic insights, and dedication to professional development. We appreciate the energy and enthusiasm of the cohort throughout the workshop, and look forward to their continued leadership success! Next up are two Field Editions of Building Better Leaders in early 2025 – late January in Charlotte, NC, and early February in Michigan!

Steve Williams and had a great day with the AGC of Michigan team for Professional Development Day.
