This weekend proved that principle as I joined distinguished thought leaders at the The C-Suite Network quarterly Thought Council Summit in Phoenix. My sincere gratitude to Jeffrey Hayzlett for extending the invitation to participate in these pivotal discussions about the future of leadership collaboration. What struck me most was the spirit of open dialogue. Despite being one of the newest members, I witnessed true leadership in action – seasoned executives freely sharing their wisdom and insights when approached.
