We offer turnkey programs for school districts to move educators forward at all points of their professional journey. Our platform connects districts to higher education institutions that offer apprenticeship, certification, and degree programs using a unique, on-the-job instructional model. We help to assess needs, build and implement plans, and celebrate educator success.

Shore is proud to support nine of our paraprofessionals and Instructional Aides as they pursue their Bachelor's Degrees in Special Education at Lake Erie College in partnership with BloomBoard 🎉Shore teachers and administrators will support them through this process. We can't wait to see what this group of aspiring educators can do!

  • This week, we’re highlighting the thoughtful Misha Freeman! Misha comes to BloomBoard with a deep background as an educator. She is a former middle school math teacher, new teacher mentor, and adjunct professor. And, (drumroll, please) she has been a National Board Certified Teacher for over a decade! Her commitment to coaching National Board Certification candidates is what initially brought her to BloomBoard over 3 years ago. Now, she not only manages BloomBoard’s National Board Support Program, but also partners with school district leaders and higher education faculty to help bring on-the-job degree pathways to educators. Misha is incredibly thoughtful, always approaching her work from a team-centered and solutions-oriented lens. She is reflective, skilled at taking on the perspectives of others and avoiding assumptions that are not grounded in evidence and data. Ultimately, she always works to ensure our programs are driven by the people who are most impacted by them. We are honored to have Misha on the BloomBoard team! 🙌

    🚨 Job Scam Warning! 🚨 If you receive an unsolicited email from "Celine Gleeton" using the email careers@bloomboard.works for a job you don’t remember applying for, proceed with caution—it’s a scam. Key Red Flags: The name Celine Gleeton cannot be found on LinkedIn or elsewhere online. The email careers@bloomboard.works is not associated with the legitimate BloomBoard domain. The domain bloomboard.works was only registered on January 17, 2025. The email includes a .pdf attachment that is not described or referenced in the body of the email. Legitimate Information: The real BloomBoard website is bloomboard.com. The legitimate careers email is jobs@bloomboard.com. BloomBoard is a trustworthy company, but this scam is not affiliated with them. What Kind of Scam Could This Be? Receiving an unsolicited job interview invitation can be part of several common scams: Phishing for Personal Information: Scammers might request your resume or other sensitive details, such as Social Security numbers or banking information. Fake Job Processing Fees: They could claim you need to pay upfront for certifications, training, or background checks. Malware or Ransomware Distribution: Links or attachments in their email might infect your device with harmful software. Fake Job Placement Agencies: Scammers might pretend to be recruiters and charge fees for fake job placement services. Identity Theft: They might ask for tax forms or bank details to steal your identity or use it for fraudulent activities. How to Protect Yourself Verify the Employer: Check that the email domain matches the official company website. Be Skeptical: If you didn’t apply for the job, ask how they found your information.
