Together with Blake's Beverage Co., we’re excited to announce our partnership with New Horizons Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a nationally recognized, accredited, not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities achieve their career goals through personalized employment programs across Southeastern MI. ❤️ This collaboration began in late September, and in October, we welcomed Jesus Reyes and his job coach, Patrick Belanger, to our team. Jesus joined our grounds crew, where his dedication to maintaining clean, welcoming spaces was evident in his work. His role focused on keeping our public areas pristine by removing litter, sweeping sidewalks, and maintaining the grounds' overall appearance. Through New Horizons’ support, we matched Jesus with a position that highlights his strengths and created meaningful employment. Looking ahead, we’re excited to deepen our partnership with New Horizons by hiring more individuals and expanding this initiative to multiple locations. We’re grateful to Jesus, Patrick, and New Horizons for making this collaboration a meaningful step toward a more inclusive workplace! 🫶
