Excited to say that, a couple of weeks ago, I was able to complete my #ImpactLeadership certification here at AMH. The preceding three months were full of hard but rewarding work, as our team built and fleshed out a full-fledged business improvement project from the ground up, culminating in the opportunity to present our product in front of an executive panel at our Las Vegas headquarters. A huge shout out is due to my project partners in Team 3 (A Full House) for being top shelf collaborators and teammates. I couldn't imagine a better group with whom to share this milestone, and I come away from this with a tremendous admiration for each of you. CJ, Heather, Nelida and the team truly went above and beyond in curating a masterclass-level #leadershipdevelopment experience for those of us lucky enough to be selected for the program. This was easily one of the most personally fulfilling experiences of my career. Looking forward to the future with a great organization, and continuing to get it done alongside the best leaders in the business. #AMHCertified 💪

Hispanic and Latino ➡ Hispanic Scholarship Fund, empowering students and parents with the knowledge and resources to successfully complete a higher education. LGBTQ+ ➡ The Trevor Project, working to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs.
