From my perspective, this situation is quite common, yet it has a very simple solution. When you invite for the meeting, you check yourself the time for the participants and write clearly in the meeting invitation "meeting is at 9:30 London time". Also, when you confirm the meeting, one day before, you also double-check this and make sute the other participant has understood the correct time of the meeting.

I always try to keep things simple and straightforward. This ensures less ambiguity. Use any of the tools that are available like Google calendar or any scheduling app to find the most suitable and convenient time as per time zone and confirm time. Due consideration for the candidates’ time zone is important, because it is in our interest that the candidate performs at his/her best in the interview !
