What color noise maker is best for sleep?

White noise to sleep: The tried-and-true classic, white noise for sleeping is popular for good reason! White noise creates a steady, consistent and even sound that makes it easy to fall asleep and stay asleep. Just like white light contains all the colors of the color spectrum, white noise contains all the frequencies of the audio spectrum, present in perfectly equal amounts.

Pink noise to sleep: Similar to white noise, all audible frequencies are also present in pink noise, though they aren’t presented in equal measure. Pink noise contains more low sound waves than high, with what many consider a deeper, more relaxing sound than white noise.
