DYVLINGE swivel armchair was launched in our 1967 catalogue with the name MILA. Then, just like now, with a sitting position that is naturally relaxing for the entire body.
In the Nytillverkad collection, the armchair's cross base has 5 legs instead of 4 to minimize the risk of tipping.

So lumpy and bumpyValerieWe were super excited about getting a couple of these orange swivel chairs, waiting until they came into stock and jumping on ordering when a window of availability came up. After seeing all the good reviews it was a surprise to find that the filling was very lumpy (like filled with chunks making very evident bumps). It was not the kind of thing that could be fixed in any way. Also we did not find the design comfortable, seat is flat and it leans back too far. Btw, orange is super bright.
Soooo comfySamanthaMy son picked it out for his room and I have to admit, it is a GREAT chair! It's the perfect size for a preteen to hang out and read or play games and super squishy too.

It's quite low, so not ideal for my 6'1 husband, but perfect for me! So comfortable, and feels solid and well made. Love the design. Definitely brings some life and coolness to our room.

Love the SwivelAngelaI saw the green Dyvlinge on display and sat down. It is so comfortable. And the fabric and color is perfect. Unfortunately, it was not in stock at Pittsburgh. I signed up for an email alert to be notified when it came back in stock. As soon as it arrived in Pittsburgh I did a click and collect order. Glad I acted promptly, the Green Dyvlinge sold out in one day. It was easy to assemble. The base is very sturdy and made of chrome. Make sure to pay attention to details and pull the fabric tight and line up with the velcro. It sits low to the floor, and i love that. A great chair. And if you need another chair of similar design, check out the yellow Sotenäs. 💛

Fun Cozy ChairStephenI like this chair. It's a little short but very comfy and cozy. Perfect for sitting criss cross and vibing. I waited a while to snag a green one when it restocked and I haven't regretted it. Really easy to put together and the swivel is super smooth.
Solid, with its caveatsBenThe chair is constructed well enough for longevity. Cushion is by far better than most IKEA furniture and feels great to sit in. For anyone else complaining it's small, it's not. Maybe it's just a you problem and sitting is probably the last thing you should be doing if this is "too small".

Bit LacklusterBradenWas optimistic about the chair, it looks really comfy, and I'm sure it would be in great condition, but the threading on my chair is coming undone, the cylinder I've double-checked is in the right way feels unstable when I'm sitting down. For $200 I feel a little cheated over, loved the design too, though wish it was a little higher off the ground. Either way, quality control seems to be a major issue (though I'll say it's easy to put together)
Love it! Perfect size KristinWe have a small house and needed another chair that was comfortable but didn’t take up too much room. It’s the perfect size and height. At first I didn’t know if it’d be comfortable being so low BUT IT IS! We are all actually fighting over who gets to sit in it. The green is the most modern shade and I’m sure this will be a great piece to pass on. It feels very sturdy and it has a smooth swivel. I’m only taking a star off because the little tab on the zipper (zipper pull) was broken and sitting on the bottom of the box it’s a small thing that doesn’t effect it’s function. But for $200 I’d hope everything was tip top. I’ll just make a new tab that will be fun and just personalize the chair for us.

Cute but tiny....StevenI purchased this chair over the weekend and didn't realize just how small it really is. Perfect for small spaces and would say it's quite comfortable. Just not quite the chair for me and my home. Will be returning.
