Little Bunyip (Ozfurs Mascot entry)
Entry for the 
Ozfurs mascot contest. Excuse the fact it’s a very quick sketch, I am still feeling sick atm X_x
Personally, I feel that while a normal Australian animal is obvious choice to represent the Australian “fur” community. The Bunyip really embodies the diversity and creative freedom that I feel it is about.
There are many different references to the bunyips appearance, and there seems to be no real solid design for them (I do like the fact the live in/near water!) So I had fun creating my own version.
Mix = Platypus, Sulphur crested cockatoo, Numbat, Bilby, red kangaroo, Bat
