Well, as someone who spent the first eighteen miserable years of his life growing up in Salem (pronounced So-lame), Oregon, I can vouch for the fact that nothing there brought me any kind of happiness. It's not a great sign when as an eight year old, I knew I wanted to move out of the state when I got older. Lol.
