A piece from 2007 or 2008 I displayed in last year's Anthrocon artshow.. which won Art Director's Choice prize c:
This was originally done for a college drawing class.. the teacher encouraged us to use unusual mediums XD So, the figure is acrylic paint mostly matte finish but with gloss on the hooves, horns, claws, nose.. and the background is magazine clippings. The 'frame' is real birch tree bark as well as little leaves and twigs :3
Whole this is about 18" x 24", with the figure being a little larger.
