Do it, Kamui! Make a series of these with various popular furry creatures and make bank selling shirts. It's free publicity and you could single-handedly reverse the tide of negative opinion against furries by making universally "cool" clothes that people wouldn't feel embarrassed to parade around in! Or...make a deck of cards!
Oh man, if not for the logistical headache of printing tees with a bunch of different names, I'm super tempted.
Actually, why the hell not. I'll set up an account on redbubble or whatever and start rolling out the species. If it's through a print-on-demand site, I won't have to stress over the logistics, and then if four people buy four different designs, it won't mean a ton of work for me.

This is the first pic I've seen of realistic dental hygiene... other than being strapped to a dentist chair xD
(my t-shirt design like that would be kinda odd though x3... "Lynx lynx/pardinus" as I'm a hybrid of Eurasian and Iberian Lynx, as well as striped x3 lol)

I know right? Last day in Alaska, and I finally decide to visit this tourist/merchandise store I've been avoiding like the plague during my stay.

Haha, that's awesome -- good catch checking the place out before leaving! I got that same feeling at the Stuart Ng Books booth at Comic-Con... I could seriously spend infinite dollars there 9_9 I'm usually pretty good about only going on the website if there's something specific I'm looking for, but just browsing through all the books, and being there to actually flip through them in person was a temptation beyond my ability to resist <3

Yeah, I'd like to! Just as soon as I have another clever idea, I suppose. I had a few people be like, "maybe you should try actually drawing something and putting that on a t-shirt," and it's tempting, but I feel like graphic t-shirts are so hit and miss and people's tastes are so specific (especially being that maybe a total of 1000 people are going to see whatever design I post, on the outs) that text seemed safer.
Plus, I won't lie, the ability to crank out tailor-made designs for 60 different animals was something I could only do in text. I'm not about to be like NAME AN ANIMAL AND I'LL DESIGN A T-SHIRT, haha. Especially considering that, out of the 60-some people who requested animals, only about 12 actually bought a shirt

Seriously, i understand that sentiment with the graphic tees. haha ESPECIALLY WITH FURRY CENTRIC ONES. I am trying to figure a way to design one myself that is subtle and just plain interesting from a generic aesthetic point of view.

Yeah, I think I'll just stick with my undeclared/independent status, haha. Half the fun of painting animals instead of people is the huge diversity <3
Although I say that as I'm sitting here painting on another lion, when I've already painted plenty of those before. They're nice because they're big cats, but without the freaking spots and stripes @_@
