Crescent loves going to festivals, mostly the one in TurtleReef given it's where he lives and being banned from Pangorio, but Hawk and Mona 2 do let him come to festivals under supervision. Crescent had Pyra in one of her favorite Shin diapers and Crescent decided to wear his nephew James, mostly to annoy Mary.
Pyra so eager that Crescent actually had to put her in one of those child leashes so she wouldn't get far from him.
Usually Crescent doesn't do this in public given he's the pokemon of death, but also has perks as no one would dare pick on or bully her as some are terrified of Crescent or don't want to end up as diapers or plushies, but she is the reason Crescent isn't heartless and she is the reason he's not completely banned given his reputation he is pretty good with kids.
This is also one of the few times Crescent gets to meet his fan club in Pangorio, at least Pyra gets to see Crescent's legendary appetite for the bake festival.

Parents look with confusion given a pokemon that brings death and destruction is casually out in the open with a kid. Despite Crescent being docile, he still an intimidating force, a scary death pokemon, but has a good heart on him which often brings a smile to Yuri given he made that happen.
