Situated upon a hill overlooking lake Rodensee, is the Keep of House Rodengoth.

Once a cult that worshipped the many plagues that laid waste upon the land and saw it as a divine blessing, the castle was host to a colony of plague victims who banded together along with the cult to defend their new kingdom.

"The kingdom of the Ill" As it came to be known was laid seige to on many occasions.

Mostly by purists who viewed the colony as a wicked work of evil forces.

They were repelled each time and some of them even joined the cult after becoming infected with the plague themselves.

Now after many years, the last of those strucken ill by the plague have long died out but the city's flag and crest are a reminder of its roots.
