Can't blame Ember on that one, the movie already made Dusty too much like Aleu. I believe it was on propose, but who's to say?

Ha ha ha yeah it was XD. Since everyone says "Dusty is an Aleu clone" and stuff (a clone is an exact copy so no she is not but very similar) I wanted it to look like they could be sisters. Also so they would fit in the same movie but with my artstyle.

It's the same case with Niju, who looks nearly identical to Steele, and also Lip-Lip from the 1997 White Fang movie by Goodtimes.

Yeah first time I saw the White fang one I was like: that is Niju XD. In some angels Niju look almost exactly like Steele - I think it was intentional so it would feel more connected to the first movie IDK.

I believe they did do it on purpose but you also did a good job making her look a bit like Aleu but still having some differences.

Well, thats not difficult since Dusty and Aleu share the same fur markings and almost the same body type. XD

Just Aleu has some more "wolf-fluff" at some points and of course the wolf eyes she got from Balto.
