That is unsettling, in a good way.
The subtle traces of blood on the beak are nice. The white eye works a lot better for the horror affect in this piece (Likely due to the fact that cats are A) inherently cuter B) already have glowing eyes so white eyes in the nighttime isn't too far off from the real thing).
The way the feathers around the head and breast looks like greasy hair makes the drawing a lot more realistic.
Those feet are realistic with the exception being that his talons are longer than a normal crow's. A subtle detail that works to not only make this a little more scary but also accurate to the character.

Thank you very much ^^ I didn't know how to make Gefrat's scar, so I highlighted it in red so it wouldn't "get lost" on the dark feathers :) And a secret... I can't draw bird legs, so the claws turned out so long ahahaha :D But I think it really made the character a little more sinister :3
