Tali told Ooo-er and the Wolf Queen that Marcy, one of the Musashi's crew, was coming down to the pond to join them all in a swim and a picnic. Ooo-er was interested in meeting another otter, while the Wolf Queen appeared open to the encounter.
Marcy teleported into Tali's Temporal Corps mobile to find that the feline wasn't quite ready to go yet, so Marcy went on ahead.
The anthro small-clawed otter is a Yh'gen, and I guess Tali neglected to let the two Elves know.
From their expressions, the fact that Marcy sports a penis came as a little bit of a surprise.
