Mia really over-ate on her birthday and has been sleeping it off since. Somehow though, she's still hungry and dreaming of more food. Unfortunately for her brain, her sleeping head seems to have mistaken it for more birthday cake. Meanwhile, a couple of Mia's spare parts are watching the whole thing with amusement. The Alolan Raichu head has known Mia for a while and is pretty familiar with her antics by now, but the Kantonian Raichu is new (Probably a present for Mia's birthday) and wasn't really expecting a Mewtwo to act like this.
This was intended to be drawn for Mewtwo's birthday but I forgot that was a thing until the last moment, hence why it's a few days late. Also apparently Raichu day is on the same day, hence why they're present.
