Looks like we're getting into KOTOR 2 Territory: a (playable) character that witnessed so much trauma, loss, and guilt (during the Mandalorian Wars) that they somehow managed to sever their ties to the Force (temporarily). Hopefully there isn't a follower of Darth Traya who hopes to use that Force Sever Bond as a means to sever the Galaxy from the Force believing the Force uses and manipulates free will, blamed as the cause of so much suffering ... afterall "there must always be a Darth Traya, the Galaxy needs it's betrayers."
On the brightside it'll aid Voolvif Monn in his exile as no one will believe he is a Force User. Time to go shopping for a new Vibroblade or Cortosis Blade ... a new get-up and a new alias as well. Back to basics.

I don´t know any of the KOTOR games. So this is just a nice coincidence then. I only wanted to write a part of the story, that Voolvif learns the hard way, that power and "Magical" abillities can not be taken for granted, sometimes, one needs to work really hard to be worth to earn them.
Back to the basics.
Back to the basics.
Darth Traya was once a Jedi and then a Sith but was betrayed by both. She grew to hate the Force feeling it used people and manipulated free will all in the name of balance. Despite this hatred she is reliant on it and soon views it as one would wield poison in order to learn how to cure it. After somehow forming a Force Bond/Dyad with another Jedi Exile who once activated a massive planetary bomb to end a war but shocked by the spiritual echoes of the mass collateral damage they turned away from the Force. Hoping to use the Force Bond and conflict to trigger a mass effect severing the Force from all lifeforms this freeing them from the constant Light/Dark Pendulum of War she aids in training the Exile hoping to use them in accomplishing her ultimate plan. Despite her plans she fears for the Exile's life as the Force Bond makes them both feel the same healing, pain, and death (what one feels the other does) and doesn't really wish ill on them. Also, Darth Traya fears the Exile will try to save her and bring her peace in spite that she would gladly sacrifice herself to save the Exile.
A nice change of pace from typical power, destruction, and greed seeking Sith; or the bureaucratic stagnate arrogance of Jedi. Also, Sara Kestelman's voice is PERFECT.
Perhaps Voolvif needs to re-train as well: learning to shoot, practicing his flying skills, melee combat, stealthing and disguising, bare-knuckle and bare-paw brawling, avoiding Ylva's restraints/escape training, etc.

Never forget your fundamentals, you start there, and strong fundamentals means everything else is strong.
You can have vertical improvement - which can be viewed as having powerful control and expulsion of The Force
And you can have horizontal/lateral improvement - learning to use the Force in many useful ways rather than making sure it's more and more powerful
And then you have fundamental improvement - the absolute basics are being improved, the way of thinking, the way of living, the way of health, and a way to make sure to self-teach to some degree. It is in every little facet, you as a mortal being! While the other improvements are still for the most part you, they are also not wholly you either!
Without strong fundamentals, everything else, horizontal or vertical improvement, fall apart and anyone with strong fundamentals will notice. You can smash through the weak, but when coming upon someone who equals you in every little way, it is far more likely to lose in more aspects than to at least test yourself and lose.

It seems like it is based on understanding the art of war, but doing so with the intent to improve one's self, and defend those one cares about.
Despite one's fundamentals - which can thought of as pillars for all the other improvements - being destroyed, they can be rebuilt, and in doing so comes a new birth. A new you with new convictions, new goals.
There is nothing wrong with losing, losing means there's another time to be victorious! A new experience! A new part of yourself to explore with vigor!

Dang, this is both a blessing and a curse.
On one hand, his enemies won’t feel his presence in the force.
On the other hand, a force user losing the force is like a normal person losing a hand and an eye. Plus, if he is discovered, he will be vulnerable.
It also makes one wonder how many people could’ve potentially mastered the force but were never trained and their powers faded.

Given the weight of everything that's befallen Voolvif in such a short span of time, the shock of betrayal, the destruction of everything that he held dear, his near death and still healing injuries, the repeated emotional trauma, it's perhaps little wonder that Voolvif's connection to the Force is gone, though I think the potential will still be there and that likely he'll be able to slowly rekindle it over time as he gradually begins to heal and find some degree of hope though it'll likely be slow and gradual and relearning over time.
As another analogy, it might be like for a Shistavanen losing their sense of smell entirely as compared for a human, something which a human couldn't truly comprehend the depth of perception and wealth of experience even if they could vaguely imagine it. Something as well which his pack might not be able to truly understand, or at least not to be able to process entirely just how comprehensive the loss is even though they'll be able to sympathise and offer him comfort.
