
Voolvif´s nightmare is rather intense.
This time I worked with charcoal and sketchy shadings in an expressionistic manner to draw the explosion of an entire planete. Plus the dirty, unrefined effect of the charcoal gave a nice touch to it along with the black and white scanning.

The scar left by Alderaan's destruction and the death of two billion would echo in the Force, ripples perhaps reaching back in time, though Voolvif would have no way of knowing which planet, perhaps even Uvena Prime, the home world he'd never seen.
Once again, Voolvif's beautifully expressive with the shift in the sequence of the first three panels from angry defiance, shock and uncomprehending horror, as well as the charcoal and shading effects in the final panel, giving the impression of the expanding cloud of dust and debris.
