Thulsa Doom, as depicted - very briefly - in the 1982 Movie Conan the Barbarian listening to the report made for him by his top Lieutenants, Rexor and Thorgrim.
Given their high standing within his Cult - Rexor was stated to be second only to Thulsa Doom himself - I would think they'd be aware of this side of him, and probably two of the very, very few who know of it.
Even so, it'd better be good news...
