depends on how long one has been taking 'em. the feminizing HRT effects will follow the same detransitioning pattern as stopping regular HRT. as for the blueberry effects, some like juice production, blueberry scent, and blue skin/scales will slow and then stop over the course of a few weeks, but others like increased elasticity and hair/fur color changes will persist for years. it is semi-permanent, especially if it's been used for years
