(backstory!)
In the late 80s to early 90s when the Feltling phenomena was now known since its emergence in the 60s, a group of rowdy children tried to experiment with it, they devised a plan that in their minds, would be able to summon a demon that would do their bidding through making a Feltling.

Gathering all the materials needed, they crudely sewed up a body in the shape of a little demon and inserted it with the mutant cotton stuffing that creates the Feltlings. This process was heavily 'ritualised' out of the kids' belief it would summon a demon, but after all this work, all they got was Divi.

Divi woke up confused and without any idea of who she was, but through these children projecting onto her that she was a demon that was meant to do their bidding, she would believe herself as such. These kids would manipulate Divi into doing all kinds of mischief together, and as they all grew, they would even partake in criminal activity.

Divi has done a lot of regrettable things out of the belief that this was what she was meant to do as a 'demon', even if harming innocent people through robberies and the like would always give her a shudder she couldn't explain.

During a botched robbery she would be arrested and then serve her sentence in prison. Faced with all of her crimes, Divi would end up reflecting a lot on her life, and she eventually came to the conclusion that just because she was a demon who did terrible things, it didn't mean she had to keep doing them, and once she was done serving her sentence she decided to turn her life around, now working various jobs to make ends meet and has since found talent as a mechanic.

Divi despite her criminal history is often very caring towards other people, and for her criminal history is incredibly nonjudgemental of anyone of similar backgrounds and is often the first to help out anyone that may have gotten themselves in trouble. However, as supportive and easygoing Divi is, she struggles a lot to come to terms with the many things she's done, and she can't help but still see herself as a terrible person who happens to be less terrible now. For this, Divi actually has little care for herself and often does many things detrimental to her health, especially if it's for another's sake.

Divi also has a number of various skills and streetsmarts from her criminal past, including but limited to: lockpicking, sleight of hand, using a variety of tools, knife wielding, diplomacy, and stealth.
