Song 1 ends abruptly when she's interrupted mid-beat drop solo by her Rotom-dex, so she asks her mic "Could you handle this, dear?" And goes outside to take the call so the Microphone can start Song 2.
Then, after song 2, when she's drawn back into the funk, we get the reveal that the Rotom Microphone is actually Rokui, and that's when the duet starts for song 3.
