I've never seen a pattern like that where the spots come so far forward.
I had an appaloosa when I was stationed in Tennessee. That's when I also learned the term "Crappy Appy".

"Crappy Appy" is an appaloosa with a bad attitude. Stubborn, recalcitrant.. just a 'Screw you, I'm going *this* way!' personality. My horse, Paho, was a problem child right off the trailer. He eventually got to be a decent horse, but I was pulling my hair out for a number of months.
