This whole meeting gives an all-new meaning to the song "Eminence Front." Everyone thinks they're fooling each other, except for Roko-san, who knows exactly what they are dealing with, so he just plain told the truth. Even he doesn't have the whole story, and it might well be in their best interest to keep Suzocon-sama curious...
They are telling Suzucon-sama far more than they think they are. Except for Roko. He just flat out told the truth, as far as he understood it. If the yao no kitsune hasn't figured out yet they're body-switched he's blind. Which inevitably will lead him to: How did that happen? That's the novel part, and probably why he's also keeping up the facade at this moment.
Look at it from his perspective: This group of complete and total oddballs shows up at his shrine, two body-switched creatures, one of whom is directly linked to Vesta, and a little mio no kitsune that is trapped in a balloon because he.... died? And all of them were tangled up with Darya before they escaped and washed up on his shore. To him, it is probably like a jigsaw puzzle with a bunch of disconnected pieces. But he's lacking all of them, and cannot yet fit them together...

I think he'd have to be blind to NOT know they were hiding a truth from him. And a Fox of Eight Tails is one that, at least in the folklore, has lived centuries at the very least, perhaps millenia. It's also kind of hard to keep a poker face when you're facing a demigod that could erase you from existence with a sneeze. Plus, he can easily see into the spirit plane and see that their spirits do NOT match their bodies.
But he also doesn't have all the pieces yet, so the Eminence Front goes on. After all, they're busy blabbing their life stories without him having to say much of anything. Why would he interrupt them?
Roko's the only one that knows that lying is pointless to this deity, so he simply told the truth as he knew it.
