Last of the five commissions I fielded in Anthrocon Artist's Alley, this one is for  thehotrodhero, of his characters (left to right) Amelia, Lionel and father Pup. They're playing in a mud wallow based upon a real-life location (photo) at one time located within Cedar Lake East Beach in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Amelia and Pup are hurling blobs of mud at each other, and Lionel is caught in the middle, unable to move anywhere fast owing to how deep all three have managed to sink themselves before getting down to playtime.

Technical:
This pic benefited from being an inked pic on smooth bristol paper, not to mention a three character piece where all the participants are only visible from the shoulders up :). The 'benefit' came in the cleanup (heh) process to make this displayable on FA. Upon inspection I found very little needed to be done aside from minor clean-up of some smudges left over from the pencil stage, and some minor inking oddities that probably would have gone unnoticed even if I didn't correct them. Lastly for display here, I added a simplified logo+FA url in the corner like some of the other con sketches posted previously.

Pencil on bristol, inked with Staedler tech pens, and touched up within Clip Studio Paint. Single layer (plus logo and text) image, 24mb bitmap and 18mb .CLIP file. Project ID# 534.
