"Let's Put On A Show!" - Frost Bro.
In 2004 a game by the name Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door come into this world for the Nintendo Gamecube. This was my absolute FAVORITE game. There was plenty other GC games and all of them were fun in different ways. But I'd always come right back to TTYD to play a old save or start the Adventure all over again. I still to this day still have my old copy, wouldn't trade or sell it for anything. (An good thing to because have you SEEN how much it goes for???)
Years passed and while we had other Paper Mario games: Super, Sticker, Color, and Origami, they all just didn't feel like series we grew to love. (Though Super Paper Mario was a fun one, different but in a good way.) We'd hear all the Logical reasons why they chose what they did for franchise and it only just made fans more and more annoyed and when you annoy someone long enough you're bound to cause some form of a Reaction or Retaliation (sure you can understand what I'm getting at).
Since then we've seen other games take inspiration from TTYD like Bug Fables, Born of Bread, and Outbound Ghost (2 out of 3 that I've yet to play) all with their own style and worlds. Its crazy how an Idea can spark so many different paths..
September 14, 2023 a Nintendo Direct popped up and just like many before it there was some old stuff and some new stuff. It blew everyone away seeing Super Mario RPG get a remake and I was all for it, another game that to many held a special place in peoples hearts.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing- my heart beating so hard that I LITERALLY Scream & Shout as I got up from my chair! I ran around my house, pumping my fist in the air like I was punching ghosts left and right!
I knew I had to stream this game, how couldn't I? But I didn't want to just stream it like any other game I do...no.. I wanted to make it special. So I messaged my friend
Kirbot12 and we began production the Moment we got a Release Date.
Truth be told I already had a idea for how to set it all up, had the thought far in the past when I did some Dolphin Emulation tests. An well? that idea became what you see right now!
I tried to stick to the same number of partners mario has in the past (minus the hidden one in TTYD) But I also wanted to have some friends be in the Audience. I'll admit I wish I could have added more, believe me if I could afford more I would!!!! (But holy HELL all of this was gonna cost me more then anything I have ever spent on art wise!)
As we inched closer to release date- Nintendo put out one more video and... It was The Book: https://youtu.be/6JOv3gxmwbA?si=2_H.....wbkXXX&t=2 and hearing that old jingle? that tune that I knew all too well?
I cried...
I still could not believe that in just a month it'll be in my room. I was just so pumped and I wasn't the only one. If you went to youtube you'd see all kinds of people from all over the world all having the same emotional reaction/breakdowns I did was seeing the original trailer and even The Book.
May 23, 2024 The game is Officially out and preparations for the Stream were (as clunky as I am) ready (forrrr the most part). I had maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep and was fasting (for a blood draw that I DIDN'T EVEN GET DO! So that was fun and pointless- Thanks Doc! uugh) but I refused to let that stop me because I waited months if not years for this to happen.
